Miguel Puig brings over 25 years of aviation industry experience to his client engagements. He has a broad experience in aviation operations from general aviation to commercial aviation.

Miguel specialties include in MRO operations, where he has been involved in TOC and Lean projects to reduce the TAT on checks increasing the overall productivity, as well on software development specification to streamline the company processes. He also accumulates large experience on facility design and hangar layout specifications.

Before joining Ingeniamp, Miguel was the Managing Director at Globalia Mantenimiento Aeronáutico, where he led the business development of the MRO starting from an in-house line maintenance orientated hangar to serve the parent airline Air Europa to a third-party base maintenance commercial MRO with two hangars and capacity to perform structural checks from the A320 to the newest B787.

Earlier, he worked in the airline Air Europa in different positions from powerplant engineering to Quality Manager as well on small general aviation companies as maintenance postholder.

Miguel started his career working in Safran as test cell engineer on the development of CFM56 engines in Vilaroche (France). Miguel graduated from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid with a Master in Aerospace Engineering and completed an Advanced Business Management Program with the Instituto de Empresa (Madrid).
